What does the Bible say about Jesus?
Jesus Christ is the central figure of the New Testament and the foundation of the Christian faith. He is the eternal Son of God who became incarnate, being born of the Virgin Mary in Bethlehem. Jesus lived a sinless life and performed many miracles, demonstrating His divine power and authority. He taught with wisdom and authority, proclaiming the Kingdom of God and calling people to repentance and faith. Jesus faced opposition from religious leaders and was ultimately crucified under Pontius Pilate. However, on the third day, He rose from the dead, appearing to His disciples and commissioning them to spread the gospel message. Jesus ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for believers. He is the Savior of the world, offering forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who put their faith in Him. The New Testament also teaches that Jesus will return in glory to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal Kingdom. He is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah and is the perfect revelation of God's love and grace to humanity.
